We actively employ people living with a disability across our 4 commercial services. We provide training, development and accommodation services to those people. From our 4 commercial services (Print, Box making, Food packing & other packing).
How do you create impact?
We provide a safe entry to the workplace for people living with a disability, with an emphasis on inclusion and equality across our whole workforce. Providing meaningful employment empowers our supported employees with opportunities that they are unlikely to have in open employment. Work for many of our team not only gives someone a sense or worth it provides social connections that many do not have outside of the work environment.
What does success look like to you?
Success for us is to make sure an individual performs to the best they can to achieve their goals. This could be as simple as learning a new technique, operate a piece of machinery or to work towards gaining open employment with other organisations.
